Tucked in the heart of Cold Spring, NY, Kapé Mo is a cozy café blending bold brews, unique flavors, and a taste of Filipino heritage. Founded in April 2025 by couple Mina and Angie, along with Angie’s older sister Jessica, Kape Mo is built on family, creativity, and community.

Our menu features handcrafted drinks such as lattes, tea lattes, and calamansi lemonades — plus quick bites inspired by Filipino favorites, lovingly adapted from family recipes. Every sip and snack reflects the warmth and spirit of home.

At Kapé Mo, we serve more than just good coffee — we share our culture, one cup at a time.

From ube and pandan lattes to calamansi lemonades and custom tea blends, every drink is a vibrant expression of creativity and culture.

Mina and I (Angie!) visited Amsterdam on our honeymoon and were inspired by the culture, the food, and of course, the coffee. We had so much fun creating this menu to share with you all, and we hope it captures a little bit of the excitement of our trip celebrating our new marriage and exploring this vibrant city. 

If you only try one thing, consider the Flat White Flight! We are partnering with Back to Black, a specialty roaster in Amsterdam. We will never forget sitting in their shop, looking out the window at the canals, petting their cat, and sipping their delicious coffee. Our flight includes three flat whites, made and served exactly the same way, with the exception of the coffee beans. They are three different blends, each roasted by Back to Black. We think you'll be astounded by just how different these seemingly identical drinks taste.
